Summer blooms

I was bowled over by the hydrangeas at the Delano Inn the other day so on the next Augie walk, I brought my camera along to capture the "summer blooms."

If you live in the area, you'll want to get on over there soon to see these beauties.

PINK, PINK, PINK

Delicate blue.

This hosta is in front of my sister, Lisa's, house.  How do you like my action shot - check out the bee.  Cool, eh?

Lilies are everywhere right now.

Ok, not exactly a bloom but this tree, at the corner of Chestnut and Cutler has always captivated me.  I don't know what the heck it is but isn't it fascinating?

Another interesting non-bloom.  This one is at the post office.

That's the end of the summer blooms tour, folks.  Unless there's something you absolutely want me to see - give me a shout-out.
